PRIVACY NOTICE: 

• We collect first name and last name in order to provision a suitably named demo account. We collect email address in order to send your login credentials. We collect company name to ensure that the email address provided is from the correct domain for the partner company. Information collected will be stored securely on Google Drive and will not be shared with any other 3rd parties.

ACCOUNT DELETION: 

• If an account is not accessed for 6 consecutive months, it will be automatically disabled. If it is not reactivated within the next 6 months, it will be automatically deleted. You can request manual account deletion by emailing help@demochrome.com.

DATA RETENTION: 

• Once deletion is executed, your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered after 20 days. The account and data deletion process follows standard Google Workspace terms and conditions.
